Reminder: Class Secretaries

Secretaries of the following classes:

BSEE 1-3
BSE 2-1
BSAM 1-2
ABE 1-2


You are obliged to submit the following documents:

1. Printed copies of class record complete with computation
2. Printed copies of grade sheets with details such as name, grades and others.
3. Send soft copies to my e-mail address.

Deadline of Submission: Tomorrow, March 25, 2011

No more adjustments. Comply with the given schedule.

IMPORTANT:

1. Class Secretaries are to print out copies of the following with details (data input):
a. FOUR (4) copies GRADE SHEETS complete with names, student number and grades
b. TWO (2) copies of Class Record


2. You are also required to submit soft copies of these documents to my email address: arjhull@yahoo.com

If you have questions regarding how to compute the grades or which data should be included, mail your queries to my email address. I will be ready to respond later today, 7:00 - 10:00 PM
